How many hours are you supposed to wear 2-week soft contacts every day?
I know I'm supposed to follow what my eye doctor said....but I forgot what he said.
I know that my eyes and lifestyle would be considered "normal", so the I'm guessing any normal amount of hours would work.

12 - 14 hours max, preferably less. Your contacts are a barrier that prevents oxygen from getting to your cornea. You have to have some awake time each day with them out so they can get oxygen to remain healthy. Overwear can lead to corneal ulcers, infection, inflammation and other problems.
